Joanna Tsai

Joanna Y. Tsai is the founder of JYTLAW.com, an intellectual property and business law firm founded in 2006. Prior to private practice, Joanna was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Hang Ten USA, an all American brand headquartered in Asia with worldwide licensing arms in 91 countries.

Outside her busy practice, Joanna enjoyed volunteering and devoted substantial time and energy to community services since 2003. From educating elementary school children to learn conflict resolution to provide second chance to teens who committed their first offenses, Joanna volunteered extensively with local legal- and business-communities.
