Patrick Stark
Patrick J. Stark is both a California licensed attorney and a California Real Estate Broker. After obtaining his degrees from Arizona State University and then California Western School of Law, Patrick obtained his license to practice law in 1990 and his real estate broker’s license in 2000.
He is an active member of the San Diego Bar Association, the California Bar Association, the San Diego Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is licensed to practice in all the courts in the State of California, the Southern, Eastern and Central Districts of California in Federal Court and even has been admitted and made a successful appeal in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, for Federal Court.
Patrick has handled many jury trials ranging from the areas of business litigation, personal injury, sexual harassment from both the plaintiff and defendant standpoints, construction and real estate litigation. Patrick has also participated in countless arbitrations and mediations.
